Phase 1 | Sign your residence hall agreement

The first step is the most important. If you want to live in a residence hall next year, you must complete Phase 1 during the allotted time frame. Phase 1 does not complete the entire process. Phase 1 is a prerequisite for the other phases. (If you used My College Roomie to match up with a roommate for next year, you have already completed this step.)
- Log on to your housing portal.
- Under “Applications,” choose “Room Sign-up.” Follow the prompts to submit your residence hall agreement for the 2025-26 academic year.
The residence hall agreement is in effect for the full academic year (Aug. 23, 2025 – May 15, 2026).
