Variety: NDSU currently has 13 residence halls and numerous apartment options that offer a great place to live. Roommate matching is available for all living options at NDSU.
Amenities: Each living option at NDSU has their own unique features, but as an NDSCS-Fargo student living at NDSU you would have access to amenities like: onsite mail, laundry, events, video streaming services, rec lounges, study lounges, community kitchen, and Wi-Fi. Residence Halls also provide coinless laundry, hall offices with games/videos/entertainment options, and secure keyless card entrances.
Convenience: There is no need to start your car! NDSU is within walking distance of NDSCS-Fargo, plus the MAT bus system will get you where ever you need to go.
Affordability: NDSU housing rates are very competitive when compared with rental rates around NDSCS-Fargo. All utilities are included within residence hall and apartment rental rates.
Dining Options: NDSU Dining provides a variety of meal plan options for NDSCS Fargo students. NDSCS students living on campus in NDSU residence halls will get a meal plan during the room assignment process. To view your meal plan, visit your housing portal; to manage your plan, access GET Mobile. NDSCS Fargo students who live off campus may purchase a dining meal block plan via Marketplace and will be able to manage it through the GET Mobile.
Wellness and Health: NDSCS-Fargo students also have the ability to utilize services at the NDSU Student Health Services.
Security: All living options at NDSU have secured entries, security cameras, campus police access, and on-site student and professional staff who are dedicated to supporting you.
Student-friendly Apartment Contracts: NDSU Residence Hall contracts are for the academic year. NDSU Apartments contracts can be as short as a semester. Both allow students to out of contracts for reasons like transferring to a different school, studying aboard, an internship or co-op outside of the area, or other school-related reasons.
