8:00am         Breakfast at the RDC
8:30am         Welcome and Overview at the Wellness Center
8:40am         Bonding Time at the Pool / Indoor Activities / Other Games
11:30am       Transition from Wellness to RDC
11:45pm       Lunch at the RDC
1:00pm         Session #1
2:00pm         Session #2
3:00pm         Break
3:15pm         Group Time
4:00pm         Session #3
5:00pm         Travel to the RDC
