Chapters 30, 1606, and 1607

• Complete "Change of Program/Place of Training" (22-1995) form with the VA Certifying Official in the Military & Veterans Services office (Morrill Hall Room 112) or Office of Registration and Records (Ceres Hall 110)

Chapter 35

• Complete "Change of Program/Place of Training" (22-5495) form with the VA Certifying Official in the Military & Veterans Services office (Morrill Hall Room 112) or Office of Registration and Records (Ceres Hall 110)
