Warm up to Wellness
Kickstart your wellness routine before winter settles in!
Join us for a full week of FREE activities and discover the perfect way to stay active and energized. Enjoy everything from a fitness class to court sports and more. Activities are scheduled for December 2-8.
- A valid NDSU ID is required to access the facility.
- Please bring a clean, dry pair of shoes for programs.
- With each visit you can be entered in a drawing for a free, 1-month membership.
- Bring a partner, friend, or spouse along for just $10 per visit (federal ID required, must be 18 years of age or older).
- Park in the WE Lot for up to two hours with a valid NDSU permit (excludes park and ride).

Beginner Yoga
6:45 -7:30 a.m.
Studio B
A class for those new to yoga or wanting a basic class.
Swim Strong

Team style training on advanced stroke technique.

Snack and Stroll
11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
Third-floor track
Rack up some steps then enjoy a light, healthy snack to refuel for the rest of your day.

Use the facility any time Friday to explore the many amenities including the pool, courts, cardio equipment, track, and strength equipment.

Ice Skating at the Lights

The Lights Ice Rink, West Fargo
The rink has been reserved exclusively for NDSU students, faculty and staff. Skate rental available at The Lights for $5. Family members are welcome.
