Meetings are held once every two weeks on Thursday nights at 5:30. This allows us to have roughly eight organized meetings per semester and have guest speakers available. The Agricultural Systems Management club at NDSU meets every other week on the off week, this allows for us to share space and make our clubs available for faculty. Meetings are typically scheduled at the beginning of each semester to allow guest speakers to plan in advance. Members are notified of meeting times one week and one day before the meeting date via email. A club poster is also displayed in the department to notify students and faculty of long-term meeting dates.

To track attendance, at every meeting an attendance sheet is passed around for members to check their name off. At most meetings, we have between 15 and 20 members in attendance, a number we hope to grow in the upcoming year. This is kept track of and managed through an Excel Spreadsheet.
