About
NDSU Agriculture includes all three missions reflected in the Land-Grant tradition: teaching, research and extension through the NDSU College of Agriculture, Food Systems, and Natural Resources; the North Dakota Agricultural Experiment Station; NDSU Extension; and the Northern Crops Institute.
Our Values
NDSU Agriculture values the ongoing development of diverse human and natural resources essential for an educated citizenry and viable North Dakota communities. NDSU Agriculture also values internal and external partnerships for collaborative pursuits of excellence in education, research, extension and service.
Our Responsibilities
The mission of NDSU Agriculture is to educate students with interests in agriculture, food systems and natural resources; to foster North Dakota communities as vital economic and social units through the formation of partnerships that educate the public in agriculture, life and environmental disciplines; provide creative, cost-effective solutions to current problems; and pursue all relevant fundamental and applied research.
