Participant Opportunities
We are currently looking for healthy older individuals (ages 60+) from the Fargo-Moorhead community to participate in our research. Studies are conducted in the Department of Psychology (Minard Hall) at North Dakota State University. Participants are mailed directions to NDSU, and parking is provided. Current studies are listed on our projects page; single session studies and multi-session studies are available.
In a typical study session, participants work individually with a student researcher to complete paper-and-pencil tasks assessing health, vision, mood, and memory. Participants also complete simple computer tasks, in which they press buttons on a keyboard in response to words or objects that are presented on the computer screen.
We have many days and times available for volunteers! For more information, or to schedule an appointment, please contact Asenath Huether at the Cognitive Aging Lab at (701) 231-5819 or ndsu.cognitiveaging@ndsu.edu.
