Jitka Vilímová
(Davidová-Vilímová) My interest in the Pentatomoidea pertains to the comparative morphology of the external genitalia of both sexes; scent glands and associated structures, both larval and imaginal. I am also interested in the taxonomy and phylogeny of individual pentatomoid taxa, and the biology, bionomics, ecology and ethology of the European representatives.

1) comparative morphology of internal pygophoral structures in the representatives of higher pentatomoid taxa (with graduated student).
2) comparative morphology of external structures associated with metapleural scent glands in the representatives of higher pentatomoid taxa (with PhD. student).
3) cladistic analysis of morphological characters of the subfamily Podopinae (Pentatomidae).
4) higher classification and relationships of the family Tessaratomidae (with PhD. student).
