Ever since man began to live in shelters, insects have been determined to invade those homes and buildings.  A multitude of items have been developed to combat these unwelcome invaders.  Particularly annoying through time have been members of the Order Diptera.  Flies and mosquitoes have continued to bother us.  Very interesting items have been developed for their control (even some that employ electrical means).  Another group that has been a constant problem is the moths.  Immatures of some species feed on clothing, others may cause problems in stored food products.  Ants, cockroaches, fleas, silverfish, termites are obvious pests.  This section of this site documents items developed to aid in the control of various household pests.
