The SCHEELS Interior Design Challenge is a collaborative initiative that provides NDSU students with valuable, hands-on experience in design, installation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills essential to their future careers. Guided by the SCHEELS Design Studio and Professor Susan Ray-Degges, students gain real-world exposure before entering the professional field. As a 2002 graduate of the NDSU Interior Design Program, I find great joy in giving back to a program that has shaped my career and continues to inspire the next generation of designers. Being part of this initiative allows me to support and influence students in a field that means so much to me, both personally and professionally.
