NDSU Ph.D. candidate selected as Farm Foundation Cultivator

Yasin Yildirim, a graduate student affiliated with NDSU’s Center for Agricultural Policy and Trade Studies, has been named a July 2025 Cultivator by the Farm Foundation.

He will travel to Spokane, Washington, this summer to participate in the prestigious Round Table Meeting, connecting with national leaders in agriculture and food systems.

Yildirim’s selection recognizes both his personal accomplishments and the impactful research being done by emerging scholars in agricultural policy and trade.
