There are plenty of opportunities to visit NDSU to check out all that we have to offer and get a sense of what makes NDSU special.
Campus will be bustling with prospective students and their families during Discover NDSU on Oct. 17-18. It’s one of the university’s largest campus visit events of the year. During Discover NDSU, prospective students and their families learn more about academic life, student involvement, scholarships and other opportunities available to NDSU students.
“Fall is the perfect time to visit campus,” said Anne Johnson, interim director of the Office of Admission. “Discover NDSU is my favorite event. The day includes a tour of campus, a student panel, academic session, a delicious meal in our dining center, and a chance to interact with students and professors. It’s a perfect way to know if NDSU is a place you can call home, and we can’t wait to welcome you to campus.”
There are also several campus visit events scheduled through the remainder of the year. Weekend visits are primarily programmed based on academic college, however, you can attend a weekend visit regardless of your academic interest. See which college you match with by checking out our list of majors.
All weekend academic events include:
- Admission presentation and next steps information
- Panel with current students
- 75-minute walking tour of campus
- Interactive experiences with faculty
- Optional complimentary lunch in the West Dining Center
