There’s still time to purchase tickets for the upcoming NCAA Division I Football Championship Game on Monday, Jan. 6, at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas. Tickets can be purchased on the NCAA website.
The game against the top-seeded Montana State University Bobcats is scheduled for 6 p.m.
Before the game kicks off NDSU fans and friends of all ages are invited to attend the Bison Tailgate Party presented by Gate City Bank from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Jan. 6 at Dr. Pink Field adjacent to Toyota Stadium. The celebration will include bounce houses, yard games, music, face painting and more. Food and beverage will be available for purchase.
Fans are also invited to line up on Lamar Hunt Way north of Toyota Stadium west toward World Cup Way for NDSU’s team arrival beginning at 3:15 p.m.
For those planning to attend the game in person, here are some important things to keep in mind for gameday.
Hotels
There are a variety of hotels in the Frisco area that you can book, including the Marriott at Legacy Town Center located at 7121 Bishop Rd. in Plano, Texas. Travel packages are also available for purchase, which include air fare, and the hotel stay.
Parking
All parking lots open at 6 a.m. and tailgating lots will open on game day at 1 p.m. Payments for parking are cashless only (credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). General admission parking is $30 in the Red and Blue lots and $20 in the Green and White lots. RVs and campers will be charged for each space taken up by the vehicle. Bag policy
Toyota Stadium has a clear bag and purse policy. Approved bags include clear plastic bags that do not exceed 14” x 6” x 14”, small clutches less than 5.5” x 8.5”, or one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags.
