Black History Month 2025 begins on February 1. This year’s national theme is “African Americans and Labor”. The Center for Community and Belonging is excited to host a series of events to celebrate this national heritage month. All are welcome to attend and help us honor and appreciate the profound impact of African Americans on our shared history.
To begin, we will welcome MSUM Director of Diversity and Inclusion, Jered Pigeon, and an NDSU student panel to explore the history of Black Student Unions across the United States, and the current state of Black student organizations at NDSU.
