NDSU was named best college in the Red River Valley by an online vote of Inforum.com readers in the newspaper’s 18th annual Best of the Red River Valley competition.
Nominations for the competition opened in August and closed in October. More than 168,348 votes were cast by Inforum readers, who picked their favorite businesses and organizations in more than 130 categories.
Director of Communications and Media Relations, Brynn Rawlings, said NDSU continues to be highly focused on the success of students.
"We are proud that voters continue to select NDSU as the best college in the region," Rawlings said. "The university remains committed to providing affordable access to an excellent education. Our students achieve high job placement rates after graduation, with 94% of students either finding a career or continuing their education."
