Bison women's soccer head coach Mark Cook announced June 24 that Chris Logan has been promoted to associate head coach of the team.
"Chris' hard work and dedication to the NDSU soccer program has been integral to the success of our program," Cook said. "His promotion is a direct reflection of the importance he has in our team's success."
Logan, in his third season with NDSU, spent the previous two seasons as an assistant coach for Bison soccer. "I feel very privileged to be given the opportunity to continue working with such an incredible group of young women. They are what makes the program special and it is a joy to work with them on a daily basis," Logan said. "I am extremely excited about the future of the soccer program here at NDSU."
A native of Stoke-on-Trent, England, Logan came to NDSU after spending a year as the top assistant for the women's team at the University of Pittsburgh.
Logan was an NAIA All-America goalkeeper at Notre Dame College (Ohio), where he earned a bachelor’s degree in English language and literature. He earned a master’s degree in English language and literature from Slippery Rock University.
NDSU is recognized as one of the nation's top 108 public and private universities by the Carnegie Commission on Higher Education.
