Thomas I. Wahl has been named associate dean of the Graduate School. He will be responsible for graduate student fellowships and funding programs as well as coordinating interdisciplinary programs.
Wahl is a professor in the Department of Agribusiness and Applied Economics, where his research focuses on trade policy, consumers’ attitudes and preferences, international marketing and trade, and food demand. He earned undergraduate and doctoral degrees in agribusiness and agricultural economics from Iowa State University.
