Get an in-depth look at the Innovation Challenge ’15 entries during the Visual Presentations and Networking Event, scheduled Tuesday, Jan. 27, from 5-6:30 p.m. in the Memorial Union Plains room. Everyone is welcome to attend.
Innovation Challenge '15 is an annual competition featuring NDSU students’ innovation in developing new, unique or re-imagined products and services. Students compete for $20,000 in cash prizes during the competition. Innovation Challenge is presented by the NDSU Office of the Provost in partnership with the NDSU Research and Technology Park. The North Dakota Corn Council is a major sponsor of the competition.
During the presentation and networking event, attendees can learn about each entry, view displays and vote for their favorite student innovation to help determine which idea receives the People's Choice Award.
"Earlier in the afternoon, students will be judged in the semifinals of the competition," said Chuck Hoge, interim executive director at the NDSU Research and Technology Park. "The open house is an outstanding opportunity for students to share their innovative ideas and for people to meet some of NDSU’s finest students."
