NDSU, Dickinson State University, the Society for Range Management and BKS Environmental Associates Inc. are scheduled to host "Reclamation: Putting the Pieces Together" Feb. 23-24 at the Astoria Hotel and Event Center in Dickinson, North Dakota.
The workshop is designed to provide timely, effective reclamation information to affected stakeholders in the Bakken energy development area, according to Abbey Wick, NDSU Extension Service soil health assistant professor.
Doug Goehring, North Dakota agriculture commissioner, is scheduled to give the keynote address to start the workshop Feb. 23 at 6:30 p.m. Goehring will talk about oil development from the North Dakota Department of Agriculture's perspective.
