NDSU has a display in the 2008 Fargo-Moorhead Sertoma Club’s annual Holiday Lights at Lindenwood Park in Fargo.
Staff from university relations designed and built the display featuring the globe from the NDSU Impact campaign and President Joseph A. Chapman’s State of the University Address. Thundar and a couple of his friends also make an appearance pulling Santa and his sleigh.
Holiday Lights in Lindenwood Park is open from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. until Dec. 31. Admission is $5 per vehicle and $10 per bus or limo. They also are collecting nonperishable canned food for donation to local food pantries. All proceeds benefit local charities supported by the Sertoma Club.
