Shaun Bruggeman, general manager of CH Robinson's Fargo office, is scheduled to present his perspective on logistics and the supply chain Thursday, May 14, at 10 a.m., in the NDSU Memorial Union Hidatsa Room. CH Robinson is one of the world's largest third-party logistics companies.
The talk is part of the National Transportation Week activities sponsored by NDSU's Upper Great Plains Transportation Institute.
CH Robinson was founded in Grand Forks, North Dakota, in 1905 to transport perishable goods to the region. It has grown to more than 11,500 employees worldwide and had revenues of $13.5 billion in 2014. The company provides freight transportation and logistics, outsource solutions, produce sourcing and information services to more than 46,000 customers through offices in North America, South America, Europe and Asia.
