Ann Braaten, assistant professor of practice and curator of NDSU's E. Reynolds Historic Costume Collection, is scheduled to present “Dressing the Part – Advocates for Suffrage,” Tuesday, June 23, at 7 p.m. at the downtown Fargo Public Library.
Braaten will discuss the fashions during the suffrage movement while taking the audience through history. The talk will include material on Kate Selby Wilder, a Fargo woman who had considerable influence on the suffrage movement.
