The Main Library’s Information Technology Services Student Help Desk has relocated to the main floor Reference Area from downstairs in room 14. The move was made in order to make the service point more visible and accessible for faculty and students.
The Student Help Desk will be open weekdays to offer support for information technology questions, such as those involving word processing, e-mail and printing.
In other library news, instructors using the computer clusters in Library 14A, 14B and 14C will be able to move the walls themselves. The instructions are posted in the rooms. Persons with room reservations can ask for assistance at either the Main Library Circulation Desk or the Reference Desk.
