An NDSU staff open forum with peer reviewers from the Higher Learning Commission is scheduled Monday, Oct. 19, from 4:40-5:30 p.m. in the Memorial Union Prairie Rose room.
Staff members are asked to attend this meeting and to speak openly and honestly about NDSU.
The peer reviewers will focus on evidence that NDSU's mission is embodied throughout the campus and the university delivers on the promise of our mission in terms of learning.
The Higher Learning Commission is a regional agency that accredits degree-granting institutions of higher education based in the 19-state north central region of the United States. Institutions that the Commission accredits are evaluated against the Commission's Criteria for Accreditation, a set of standards that institutions must meet to earn and maintain accredited status.
