The NDSU College of Agriculture, Food Systems, and Natural Resources has scheduled its annual Scholarship Recognition Luncheon for Thursday, Nov. 5, at 11:30 a.m. in the Memorial Union Great Plains Ballroom. The event recognizes scholarship donors and recipients.
Scheduled speakers include President Dean L. Bresciani; Provost Beth Ingram; and Ken Grafton, vice president for agricultural affairs. Jodi Boe, a senior majoring in crop and weed sciences from Golden Valley, North Dakota, will represent student recipients, and Jim and Judy Hauge will represent scholarship donors. Tom DeSutter, associate professor in the School of Natural Resource Sciences, will introduce the donors and students.
The college has awarded nearly 400 scholarships this academic year.
