NDSU IT Division names Help Desk manager

NDSU's Information Technology Division has promoted Nate Gonser to manager of the IT Help Desk.

Gonser began his career at NDSU in 2007 as a Help Desk consultant. He assumed the role of acting manager of the Help Desk in March 2013, leading efforts among Help Desk staff to meet the information technology support needs of NDSU students, faculty and staff.

Prior to his employment at NDSU, he provided technical support at Bell State Bank and Trust in Fargo and served in various leadership roles at Cooperstown Bible Camp in Cooperstown, North Dakota.

Gonser earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in business management from Aakers College, Fargo. He is pursuing his bachelor’s degree at NDSU.
