Students from NDSU’s Food Production Management class have planned a homemade, healthy lunch for Tuesday, March 10, and Thursday, March 12. The lunch will be served on the lower level of the West Dining Center, beginning at 11:30 a.m. until 12:15 p.m.
The meal includes spinach salad with a balsamic dressing, seasoned chicken breast, wild rice pilaf, Cajun seasoned tomatoes and fresh apple crisp.
The price of the meal, including a beverage, is $8.35. For anyone not on an NDSU meal plan, cash, check or credit card will be accepted. People who are on an NDSU meal plan can use Bison Bucks. For reservations, call NDSU Dining Services at 1-7023. Walk-ins are welcome.
“We hope to give NDSU students a colorful spring-themed meal to get them in the right mood before spring break,” said student manager Eric Park. “It’s always fun to give students an opportunity to try foods they might not otherwise have tried.”
The West Dining Center is located between the four dormitory towers on campus, just south of Newman Outdoor Field. Visitors may park in the NDSU visitor’s parking lot. Guests can enter the building using the street-level east door.
