Work produced by the NDSU Publications Services office won seven Gold Addy Awards and nine Silver Addy Awards at the Advertising Federation of Fargo-Moorhead’s annual Addy Awards, held Feb. 27.
Three advertising professionals — from Wisconsin, Michigan and Arizona — judged more than 470 entries covering all aspects of advertising, including print, television, radio and interactive. The judges awarded 76 gold and 108 silver Addys.
The Addy Awards is the first part of a three-tier national competition conducted annually by the American Advertising Federation. Local gold award winners move on to a district competition against other local contest winners from North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Gold winners at the district level then move on to a national competition.
