Abstracts sought for NDSU Graduate Research and Arts Forum

SHARE

NDSU graduate students are invited to present research, teaching, outreach and creative endeavors in the first annual NDSU Graduate Research and Arts Forum on March 25 in the Memorial Union Great Plains Ballroom. The event is sponsored by the NDSU Graduate Student Association to showcase the work of NDSU’s graduate students.

All research, creative, teaching, or outreach projects are welcome. Each participant will have a surface on which to display either a poster (research, teaching, outreach) or static visual arts piece (creative). Maximum dimensions are 48” x 60.” Forum organizers will attempt to make other types of presentations of creative endeavors possible if indicated on the registration form. Each entry must be accompanied by a registration form and abstract. Participants may submit more than one entry, but registration forms should be completed for each individual abstract.

Abstracts should be no longer than 200 words (not including title or authors) and should be one paragraph in length (no breaks or multiple paragraphs). They should be written in a style appropriate for your field and must contain a concise description of the research, creative effort, teaching or outreach program. Each abstract should include the graduate student as lead author and other collaborators if desired. E-mail abstracts as a Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) with registration forms to info@ndsugsa.com.

The registration form is available at www.ndsugsa.com/gradforum. Contact Allison Meyer at allison.m.meyer@ndsu.edu for more information.
