Students from NDSU’s Food Production Management class have planned a feast for Tuesday, April 7, and Thursday, April 9. The event, themed “Eat Your Colors” will take place on the lower level of the West Dining Center beginning at 11:30 a.m. until 12:15 p.m.
Students will prepare wild rice soup, whole wheat dinner rolls, mandarin chicken salad, homemade poppy seed dressing and a fruit pizza for dessert.
“This meal will include a variety of delicious, nutritious and vivacious foods,” student dietitian manager Shannon Medenwald said.
The price of the meal, including a beverage, is $8.35. For anyone not on an NDSU meal plan, cash, check or credit cards will be accepted. People who are on an NDSU meal plan can use Bison Bucks. For reservations, call NDSU Dining Services at 1-7023. Walk-ins are welcome.
West Dining Center is located between the four dormitory towers on campus, just south of Newman Outdoor Field. Visitors may park in the NDSU visitor’s parking lot. Guests can enter the building using the street-level east door.
