Customer Account Services is moving out of Old Main and will move to the third floor of Ceres Hall some time this fall. In the meantime, staff will be located at Bison Connection, Bison Card, the basement of the Memorial Union and the second floor of Ceres Hall.
To visit with one of the staff, call, e-mail or stop at Bison Connection to find out their specific location. Forms should be routed to Customer Account Services or to Bison Connection. Mail will be processed from the Bison Connection location.
Effective June 18, the cashiering for departmental deposits will be located at the south end of Bison Connection. For your convenience, provide a prior notice of any change orders or cash draws to minimize your wait time.
