The NDSU Wallman Wellness Center will offer a month of outdoor group exercise classes, starting Tuesday, Aug. 25, through the end of September. Five different exercise classes will be offered in locations around campus.
Classes include "Yoga," "Get Ripped Abs," "Boot Camp," "Pilates" and "Self-Defense." The classes are free to the NDSU community. You do not have to be a member of the wellness center to participate.
