NDSU’s new Graduate Certificate program in computer science education launched this summer with a course titled Introduction to Computer Science Education.
The three-credit course is aimed at high school teachers who want to teach computer science. It’s available online for 12 weeks in May through August.
The Graduate Certificate in computer science education is an 18-credit sequence aimed at preparing high school computer science teachers for their courses. The program will be offered year-round online as courses are developed. Course content covers essential, core concepts of computer science and how to teach the subject.
