NDSU students majoring in hospitality and dietetics have planned a full-service, casual dining opportunity on Tuesday, April 6, and Thursday, April 8, from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. in the Family Life Center, room 312.
The meal will include oatmeal flax pancakes and warm maple syrup, spicy breakfast potatoes, a cheesy egg scrambler and for dessert, a scone topped with raspberry sauce garnished with raspberries and mint leaves.
The meal is open to the NDSU community and the public. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling NDSU Dining Services at 1-7474. The cost of the meal, including a beverage, is $7 and can be made with cash or check. Customers also can purchase a punch card for $20, which is good for three meals.
Visitors may park in the visitor’s parking lot.
Students prepare all meals from scratch. Kyla Gruby and Valarie Molstre are managers of the meal. Sherri Nordstrom Stastny, assistant professor of health, nutrition and exercise sciences, advises the students.
