North Dakota University System plans diversity conference

Members of the NDSU community are invited to attend the 2010 North Dakota University System Diversity Conference on Thursday, April 22, at the Best Western Doublewood Inn Hotel in Bismarck, N.D. The host for the conference is Bismarck State College Embracing Diversity Committee.

Winona LaDuke will be the keynote speaker along with several others who will share their knowledge concerning diversity and human relations.

Conference organizers are seeking trade fair booths from interested Tribal colleges, American Indian student programs and clubs, multicultural programs, and international and diversity programs at state, tribal and private colleges to showcase their support efforts on their campuses.

The conference is free and open to the public. Online registration is required by April 19 at
