Rebecca Woods, assistant professor of human development and family science will present "How to Get the Most out of Baby Toys" as part of the “Bringing Science to You” series. The presentation is scheduled for Tuesday, May 11, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Memorial Union Meadow Lark Room. Cookies and beverages will be provided.
Topics will include what makes a toy developmentally appropriate, simple ways for caregivers to assess a baby's abilities, how to know which toys to avoid and best practices for real caregivers.
