Anita Welch, assistant professor in the School of Education, was named Outstanding Faculty Member of the Year at the Department of Residence Life Celebration Banquet on April 18. Students in Weible Hall nominated her for the honor. Welch serves as their faculty mentor.
Alan Zuk, assistant professor of plant sciences, was awarded Hall Government Adviser of the Year at a Leadership Banquet hosted by the National Residence Hall Honorary on April 26. Students in Churchill Hall nominated him for the honor. Zuk serves as faculty adviser of Churchill Hall Government.
