SHARE

North Dakota State University students majoring in dietetics have planned a full-service, casual dining opportunity on Tuesday, May 4, from 11 a.m. to
12:15 p.m. in the Family Life Center, room 312. This is the final meal of the semester.

The meal includes a grilled buffalo chicken wrap accompanied by a bleu cheese dressing and homemade coleslaw. Dessert includes angel food cake salad with whipped topping and fresh fruit.

The meal is open to the NDSU community and the public. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 1-7474. Students also will prepare "to-go" meals. The cost of the meal, including a beverage, is $7 and can be made with cash or check. Customers also can purchase a punch card for $20, which is good for three meals. To-go orders are available.

Visitors may park in the visitor's parking lot.

Students prepare all meals from scratch. Jenna Kourajian is student manager of the meal. Sherri Stastny, assistant professor of health, nutrition and exercise sciences advises the students.
