NDSU’s Center for Science and Math Education together with the College of Engineering and Architecture will be offering STEM Kids, a summer enrichment program for students entering grades 4-6.
The purpose of STEM Kids is to stimulate kids’ interest in science, technology, engineering and mathematics through exploration of topics not usually covered in their regular school classes. Students can select from a variety of course topics, including biology, health care, forensics, engineering, robotics, astronomy, food science and math.
STEM Kids will be offered June 13-16 and June 20-23 from 9 a.m. to noon each day on NDSU’s campus. The cost is $50 for each session, which includes a T-shirt and a snack each day.
