The Sheila and Robert Challey Institute for Global Innovation and Growth faculty fellows for this academic year.
The Sheila and Robert Challey Institute for Global Innovation and Growth has announced its 2021-2022 Faculty Fellows. The fellows are a group of NDSU faculty who will educate and engage students, conduct policy-relevant research and participate in outreach activities to further the Challey Institute’s mission.
The 2021-2022 Faculty Fellows reflect the Challey Institute’s focus on interdisciplinary collaboration, with faculty members from seven NDSU departments and four NDSU colleges.
“The Challey Institute’s faculty fellows program highlights the strong interdisciplinary talent at NDSU,” said John Bitzan, Menard Family Director of the Challey Institute. “I’m excited about the work these fellows will do to further our mission of enhancing economic opportunity and flourishing.”
The 2021-2022 fellows are:
• Eric Asa, associate professor of construction management and engineering
• Ethan Boldt, assistant professor of political science
• David Hong, associate professor of accounting
• Fariz Huseynov, professor of finance
• Joshua Marineau, associate professor of management
• Stefanie Meyer, assistant professor of practice in public health
• Andrea Smith, senior lecturer of business law
• Jeremy Straub, assistant professor of computer science
The Sheila and Robert Challey Institute for Global Innovation and Growth aims to advance understanding in the areas of innovation, trade and institutions to identify policies and solutions that enhance economic growth and opportunity.
