NDSU TRIO Programs and Bison women’s volleyball will hold a special Veterans Day event at the upcoming game versus South Dakota State University. The game is set for Friday, Nov. 11, at 7 p.m. in Benson Bunker Fieldhouse.
TRIO Programs representatives will be present to provide information about its services, including the Veterans Upward Bound Program. In addition, the first 325 fans will receive an American flag courtesy of the Fargo Army Recruiting Station.
NDSU Trio Programs, part of the NDSU community since 1967, provide veterans, first generation, low-income, underrepresented and students with disabilities with services such as pre-college and college level academic assistance, one-on-one tutoring, career guidance and testing.
