NDSU Interim Provost David Bertolini has announced Alan Kallmeyer, professor and chair of mechanical engineering, has been named interim dean of the College of Engineering.
“Dr. Kallmeyer is a long-term administrator, having served as chair in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at NDSU for 17 years,” Bertolini said. “Dr. Kallmeyer brings a commitment to faculty, staff and student success and shared governance, and extensive experience in managing budgets, operations, and personnel.”
