A presentation is planned at NDSU to spread understanding of sexual violence and how to support survivors and their loved ones. “Three stories. One night. Sexual violence impacts all of us” is scheduled for noon on Thursday, April 12, in the Memorial Union Gallery.

Students, faculty and staff are invited to hear firsthand accounts of how sexual violence has impacted individuals in the NDSU community. A survivor of sexual assault, her close friend and her parent will share their personal story.

“Everyone who attends will leave with a better understanding of how this issue impacts survivors, their loved ones and our own community as a whole,” said Sarah Dodd, assistant director of Sexual Assault Prevention Programming,

The presentation is one of the events sponsored by NDSU’s Sexual Assault Prevention Program for Sexual Assault Awareness Month.

For more information, contact Dodd at 701-231-5733 or sarah.dodd@ndsu.edu.

NDSU is student focused and committed to its land-grant mission.
