Ann Burnett, professor of communication, director of Women and Gender Studies and associate dean of the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, recently published two chapters in the book, “Forensic Communication: Application of Communication Research to Courtroom Litigation.” Her invited, edited chapters focus on factors influencing jury decision making before the trial starts and prior to/during deliberation. The book, published by Hampton Press, was released this summer.
