The NDSU Libraries’ annual Fall Open House is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 3, and Thursday, Oct. 4, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Main Library. The two-day event, held during Homecoming week, will include short story and poetry readings, demonstrations of databases, information on NDSU and local library resources, and door prizes from local businesses. Special presentations from NDSU alumni include Ankit Rauniyar’s award-winning vision of a new library building and Mitzi Brunsdale’s talk on murder mysteries and writing. Thundar, NDSU’s mascot, will make an appearance on Wednesday for a meet and greet. Refreshments will be provided.
