FORWARD will sponsor the “Power of Dead Even Rule” workshop for women staff members on Monday, April 8, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Memorial Union’s Prairie Room. Lunch will be provided.
The workshop will include information on understanding why men and women behave and communicate differently, the internal “rules” women and men use to define appropriate adult behavior and how to improve workplace communication between men and women. Marie Hvidsten, rural leadership specialist and Rural Leadership North Dakota program director with the NDSU Extension Service, will present the workshop.
