Kimble Bromley, professor of visual arts, has been invited to present a creativity workshop June 17-21 at the Pearson Lakes Art Center in Okoboji, Iowa. During “Our Creative Potential: A Creativity Enhancement Workshop,” participants will learn to use various strategies to be their most creative.
During the weeklong workshop, participants will learn about lateral thinking, mind mapping and Edward Debono's “Six Thinking Hats.” Bromley also will demonstrate how hypnosis can be a tool to relax and enhance creativity.
Although some knowledge of art and drawing is helpful, no experience is necessary. The course is open to everyone, including teachers for grades 7-12. Drawing media will be used in the workshop.
