Darcy Speidel, a pharmacy technician at the Family HealthCare Pharmacy, was awarded the North Dakota Pharmacy Technician of the Year Award at the North Dakota Pharmacists Association convention held in Dickinson April 26-28. The pharmacy is owned by NDSU.
She was nominated and chosen for her excellent service to patients and for collaborating with her co-workers to deliver accurate, safe and efficient health care services in a pharmacy setting.
Speidel joined the Family HealthCare Pharmacy in March after working at Thrifty White Drug in West Fargo for seven years. She received her pharmacy technician training at Minnesota State Community Technical College.
