Big Iron and NDSU are partnering to provide a seminar aimed at producer needs. The seminar is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept 11, at 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Production Livestock Display Building located at the Red River Valley Fairgrounds in West Fargo.
NDSU beef, dairy, sheep, swine and veterinary specialists, and a livestock economist, will be on hand to give presentations and answer questions. They include Austen Germolus, NDSU meat lab manager; Rob Maddock, meats specialist; David Newman, swine specialist; Tim Petry, livestock economics specialist; Reid Redden, sheep specialist; J.W. Schroeder, dairy specialist; Jerry Stokka, livestock stewardship specialist; and Charlie Stoltenow, veterinary specialist.
